Payment must be made at the time of services provided. We do not run accounts.
Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card (Mastercard and Visa).
We also accept VetPay (see below).
Insurance:
GapOnly® is a pet insurance payment service, allowing pet parents with a policy from a GapOnly pet insurance partner to claim on the spot and only pay the gap (the difference between the vet’s invoice and the eligible claim benefit under their policy).

VetPay:
VetPay is a payment plan that allows you to pay for your pet’s treatment over time.
Simply apply for VetPay and you will receive a response within 15 minutes.
Once approved, our clinic will add the cost to your account and an email will be sent
to you regarding your fortnightly payments.
