Accommodation

The cattery facilities include 28 spacious indoor suites (2m x 1m x 7 foot high) that allow for both playtime, exercise and relaxation. If you have multiple cats, our suites are spacious enough to house your cats together.

Each suite has 3 shelves at different heights and angles to allow the cats to be active, with a window with a picturesque view situated at the top shelf.

Each cat is supplied with a cubby house with soft bedding, a scratching pole, a cat scratch wave and a three-tier track tower with balls for stimulation, enrichment and playtime.  You are welcome to bring additional bedding, treats and toys for your cats (please ensure everything is clearly labelled with your cat’s name and surname).  Warm in winter and cool in summer – our suites are perfect for your loved pets all year round.

The suites are thoroughly cleaned on daily basis and sanitised with veterinary strength disinfectant at the end of each cats visit.

All cats boarding at Sonza must be up to date with a current F3 vaccination.

Please ensure you being proof of vaccination at the time of admission.  For the safety and well being of all cats, we will not board any cat that is unvaccinated.  Failure to provide proof of current vaccination may result in your booking being cancelled if we are unable to verify the vaccination status of your cat.

Our staff closely monitor each cat daily.  We have individual monitoring charts attached to each suite where we document their general behaviour, food and water consumption and litter usage.  We understand you will be missing your feline friend whilst you are away, and welcome you to email or give us a call and we can give you an update.

Are you able to accommodate special needs, cats requiring medication and elderly cats?

We sure can.  We are able to accommodate a range of medical conditions and special needs.  Please phone us to discuss your specific requirements.
