Boarding Fee Schedule

Our boarding fees are charged per day (not per night).  This includes the day the pet arrives and the day the pet departs.  All boarding fees must be paid for on arrival.

 

Non-Peak Periods

Dogs

1 dog     $40.00 per day

2 dogs   $70.00 per day (2 dogs in 1 run from the same household)

 

Cats

1 cat      $30.00 per day

2 cats    $50.00 per day  (2 cats in 1 run from the same household)

 

Peak Periods

All peak periods being public holidays, ACT & NSW school holidays, Easter and Christmas incur a 20% increase.

 

Deposits

Non-Peak Periods 

  • We require a 20% deposit for all non-peak period bookings.
  • For bookings cancelled with 5 or more day notice, the deposit is fully refundable.
  • For bookings cancelled with less than 5 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Peak Periods 

  • We require a 50% deposit for all peak period bookings.
  • For bookings cancelled with 30 or more day notice, 50% of the deposit is fully refundable.
  • For bookings cancelled with less than 30 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Daily medication surcharge

There is a medication surcharge of $5.00 per pet per day that the medication is required.

Optional Extras

 

Own diet surcharge

You are welcome to keep your pet on their own diet by providing their food.

Please ensure all food packaging is clearly labelled with your pets name and quantity per meal.

There is an own diet supplied surcharge of $5.00 per pet per day.

Enrichment 

You can select whether you would like your pet to have a treat or One on One session in the Enrichment Playground on a daily basis, or on selected days during their holiday with us.

Lick Mats

Covered with a variety of the following:

  • Peanut butter (Xylitol-free)
  • Cream cheese
  • Tuna
  • Mince
  • Natural yogurt
  • Fruit / vegetable puree
  • Cottage cheese

$10.00 per pet per treat

Kongs

Filled with a variety of kibbles and treats and plugged with peanut butter (Xylitol-free) or cream cheese.

$10.00 per pet per treat

Puzzle Feeders

Filled with a variety of:

  • variety of kibbles
  • treats
  • diced cooked chicken
  • Diced vegetables

$10.00 per pet per treat

Enrichment Playground 

Enjoy a one on one session in our enrichment playground with one of our amazing team members.

$20.00 per 15 minutes

Grooming

Hydrobath service

$30.00 per dog

If you would like your dog hydrobathed prior to departing from boarding, please notify us when you drop your dog off for boarding.

Note – this service may be limited during winter and during our peak periods.

Express Anal Glands

$30.00 per dog

If your dog needs its anal glands expressed, one of qualified nurses will take care of that for you.

Nail Trim

$30.00 per dog

Our qualified veterinary nurses are available to trim your dogs nails if you would like them to be done.
